The 2008 ASEE Midwest Regional Conference will be held in Tulsa, OK, on the campus of The University of Tulsa and at the DoubleTree Warren Place.

Directions to The University of Tulsa campus are here. The Welcome Reception will be hosted in the Gallery of the Allen Chapman Activities Center. A parking map is located here. You may park in any of the lots aroung the Center (Holmes, ACAC South, or ACAC East) after 4 PM. The Gallery is upstairs near the northwest corner.

The presentations and banquet will be held at the DoubleTree Warren Place, about 6 miles southeast of The University of Tulsa campus. A block of rooms has also been reserved here at a rate of $95/night for 1-4 people plus tax.
