Sierra Leone Rebuilding Project
This project will help a community rebuild after the extended civil war
in that country. We will begin by looking at solutions to water
availability & quality. As the community reconstructs their farms and homes
and a boarding school is built in the town, additional needs are certain to
arise. We expect to be ready for our first site visit during the 2007 - 08
academic year and we look forward to a long relationship with this
community!

Potters for Peace has established plans for low-tech, low-cost water
filtration systems. In the spring of 2007, our chapter will look at
ways to create and test these systems.
