Longitudinal Effects of Workplace Relationships and Job Attitudes

The goal of this study is to explore the long-term influence of romantic relationships on employee attitudes in the workplace.  Specifically, we are examining both workplace/non-workplace romantic relationships over a period of six months to determine the association between relationship satisfaction and organizational turnover.
