CRD Founding Members
Dr. Alvarez is an Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research (LIBR). His research centers on how people acquire resilience - the ability to successfully adapt to significant stress. He uses psychophysiology and functional neuroimaging in his research.
Lisa Cromer, PhD
Dr. Cromer is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Tulsa. Her research focuses on promoting child and family resilience to trauma. She studies executive attention and attachment systems as buffers
for reducing negative reactions to extreme stress.
Jennifer Hays-Grudo, PhD
Dr. Hays-Grudo is a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa.
She also serves as the George Kaiser Family Foundation Chair in Community Medicine.
Robert J. Hudson, MD, FAAP
Dr. Hudson is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine where he teaches the behavioral aspects of pediatrics.
In his practice, Parental & Pediatric Guidance, he is dedicated to helping parents appreciate, understand, and manage their children.
