How to Russify your computer in Windows XP

First, navigate to your Control Panel, where you will click on either the "Date, time, and regional options" or the "Regional Language Options", depending on your setup.

 

 

Next, click the languages tab, details, then add Russian as a language. Follow the pictures below for help.

You should be able to type in Russian now! By default, you will be able to switch languages by doing a left-alt and left-shift at the same time. Enjoy!
