10-11 April 2005: TU Peace and Justice Fellowship invited Stephanie Elizondo Griest, award-winning author of Around the Bloc, a travel memoir about her experiences in the communist bloc. During her stay, Stephanie visited Veggie Lunch to discuss volunteering in Mexico; held a workshop at the Language House on Traveling Sola, and spoke at a book signing.
