This poster displays a beautiful gauzy young woman, dressed in the fashion of Lady Liberty in a low cut dress. Instead of a torch, she holds a laurel wreath, crowning several names on an Honor Roll which scrolls down beside her to the right. Behind her, the American flag gently rests as a patriotic background to the scene. Written along the bottom of the poster in large blue letters are the words "Victory Liberty Loan". This poster evokes a sense of American togetherness and a reminder that the fifth installment of liberty loans will garner not only laurels but also the attention of a beautiful lady.
