Collection of four photographs of two unidentified African American soldiers in uniform. Three of the photographs are of a wounded African American World War I soldier shown on the steps of the War Bond Building located at 4th and Main Street in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. The wounded African American soldier is participating in a War Bond Rally with two other unidentified Anglo-American servicemen and one unidentified Anglo-American woman.

The other unidentified African American soldier is shown wearing his uniform. He is in the foreground and a rural setting is behind him. The location is unknown, but the soldier is from Oklahoma.
