Advanced Topics in Bioaerosols and Building Science

The University of Tulsa Indoor Air Program will offer 1 continuing education unit (CEU, 10 contact hours) for viewing all the Advanced Topics in Bioaerosols and Building Science course modules and successfully completing three timed online quizzes covering:

Indoor Microbial Sources and growth
Indoor Microbial Health Effects
Bioaerosol Sampling and Mold Remediation

ABIH (American Board of Industrial Hygiene) Diplomates may claim up to 10 technical contact hours for 1.67 CM Industrial Hygiene (IH) Area credits for this online course. See http://www.abih.org/maintain-certification/cm-credit-education-events for more information.

National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) continuing education (CE) credit is approved for 10 contact hours. To recieve CE credit with NEHA if you are credentialed with NEHA you can go online and submit at the NEHA online submission page here. This course may help prepare participants for American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) exams in Indoor Environmental and Mold/Microbial fields (e.g., Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant and Council-certified Microbial Consultant).

Registration & Cost:
The cost of taking the course for CEU credit is $50. On the registration page under the TU ID or User Name in the Status tab choose Guest Visitor, and on the Apply Payment To tab choose Advanced Topics/Bioaerosols & Bldg Science.

Upon viewing all modules and successfully completing the 3 quizzes, you will receive a certificate of completion by email attachment.
