Description

This diary accounts for Captain Leo McCusker's journey to Europe in May 1918 and his time spent overseas (mainly in France) through September 26, 1918. A member of the headquarters troop in the 4th division, he notes some of the details of his travels, both to and within Europe, personal accounts of his time and his interactions with people, and some description of battles and military advancements.
