Special Collections and University Archives at the University of Tulsa added some new items of interest to our digital collections website during the month of November.
- World War I through the Stereoscope – approximately 150 of the stereoscope cards have been added, and we are continuing to work our way through transcription of the remaining cards. Although the photographs can’t be viewed in 3D online, members of the public are welcome to visit us and view these beautiful historical photographs through a vintage stereoscope viewer.
- The Joseph T. McCaddon collection of William Frederick “Buffalo Bill” Cody and Gordon William “Pawnee Bill” Lillie papers, 1979.005, is now available to view. We have picture postcards, studio portraits, and a particularly fine photo album of over 200 photographs from the Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill Wild West Show.
